The 1145 finale: a night of heritage

The 1145 coronation took place on a cool October evening at Patan Durbar Square. Fourteen women from across the Kathmandu Valley walked the stage in Haku Patasi, their crowns crafted by Kumari Jewels.

Pralisha Shakya was crowned Miss Newa 1145, with Sakina Maharjan as first runner-up and Riya Dangol as second. The night closed with a performance by the Kathmandu-based ensemble Newa Raga.
